An Audio Interview With Mitch
Several months before Mitch died we were on the road in our Motor Home touring the country. Mitch would often do press and interviews as we traveled. Here’s a lovely interview Mitch did with Adam Cayton-Holland, a comic and writer from Denver, CO.
Recently Adam posted it to his web site and you can check it out here:
Adam interviews Mitch
The wonderful comedy web site Laughspin.com also posted it HERE.
Laughspin is a great site to read up on all things involving comedy and I check it out regularly. If you do a search for Mitch on the site, they often post or link wonderful Mitch related things found on the internet.
I love this interview that Adam did with Mitch and am grateful that he put it up. It takes me right back to us driving together in our beloved Motore Home and you can hear me answer the phone at the beginning of the audio and pass it over to Mitch while he was driving. Thanks Adam! and thanks Dylan (at Laughspin).

A Print interview with Mitch by Steve Birmingham
There is a new comedy festival in Austin called The Moontower Comedy Festival (it’s taking place right now!)

For Mitch’s birthday on February 24th, Steve Birmingham, an old friend and writer of Mitch (and myself) wrote a lovely update that includes an interview that Steve did with Mitch. I remember Mitch talking on the phone from our cabin in Running Springs on the phone with Steve for this interview.

MARY HEDBERG
It’s with a broken heart that I am writing this update.
Mary Hedberg, Mitch’s Mom, passed away this weekend. She was diagnosed with cancer last summer and fought so very hard, but sadly passed away on Saturday February 25th.
She was surrounded by her family – the most important thing to Mary was her family. She was beautiful wife, a incredible mother, a loving sister and the most amazing grandmother.
Mary excelled at love. It was in her genes, her voice, her smile – everything about her was love and family. She was special; she just naturally understood how to give and receive love in a harmonious way.
She had strength and grace. Mary dealt with life’s great moments and life’s inevitable challenges in a beautiful unique way that I will forever admire…
Mary was devastated and in such pain when Mitch died yet, with a broken heart, she chose to celebrate his work and share whatever she could with his fans. Amazing.
If any of you were fortunate enough to meet or correspond with Mary you will understand how big a loss this is to her family and friends.
Love Lynn (and The Hedberg Family)

MERCHANDISE INFORMATION
Hi.
All the merchandise sales and shipping are done by Mary and Arne Hedberg (Mitch’s parents). The Merch page has been taken down temporarily due to a family illness and I will put it back up when Mary and Arne let me know that they are ready and able.
Thanks for your patience.
Lots of love to Mary and Arne! I love you!!

Hi. Welcome to the new Mitch Hedberg web site. I hope you like it. I want to thank Chris Klosterman, a beautiful guy who designs and creates beautiful things. He worked with me to share Mitch’s notebooks, words and little bit of the footage that I have. And thanks to Greg Goodwin (a patient, super smart guy) who built the site from scratch. He lives in Baltimore.
There is definitely more to come. Thanks.
