1/2 C. Water
1/2 C. Rice Vinegar
1/4 C. Honey
2 tsp. Plum Sauce
1 tsp. Thai Fish Sauce
1 tsp. Lime or Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Tomato Paste
1 tsp. Crushed Garlic
1 tsp. Serrano Chili (chopped)
Dash.  Paprika
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Crushed Red Chili Pepper.
       Tapioca Powder

MARINADE

1 1/2 C. Coconut Milk
1/2 C. Chopped Garlic
1/4 C. Chopped Ginger
1/4 C. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Thai Fish Sauce
2 tsp. Curry Powder
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Tumeric
1 tsp. Honey

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Massage Chicken.
Pierce w/fork.

Marinade chicken.
Bake at 350°
for about 45 min.

Grill chicken quickly.

Serve w/grilled
pineapple.
